How do I enter my time?
Contact your recruiter to find out how to enter your time. Volt offers multiple timekeeping options.
How do I get a paper timecard?
Before using a paper timecard, confirm with your recruiter this is the correct timekeeping method for you. If your recruiter confirms your timekeeping method is paper timecards, access a printable paper timecard here. Send the completed timecard to VoltTimecards@volt.com or fax to 714-941-1742.
How do I change my pay method?
Log in to Able and go to the “Update My Information” in the Volt Resources section. Click here for detailed steps in making changes including method of pay.
How do I review my previous pay stubs?
Log into the Employee Self Service system and select Payroll. Answer your security question. Choose Paychecks at the top of the page. You can review pay stubs going back 7 years. Click on an individual pay stub and select the Adobe pdf icon on the top right to print your pay stub.
I've moved, how do I update my address?
Log in to Able and go to the “Update My Information” in the Volt Resources section. Click here for detailed steps in making changes including address.
How do I access my W-2s?
Log into the Employee Self Service system and select Payroll. Answer your security question. Select W-2/W-2C Forms towards the bottom of the page. You can access and print all past W-2s, review filing instructions for upcoming W-2s, or update your W-2 consent to allow only electronic W-2s for the future.
How do I update my name and/or SSN?
Your recruiter can help you start the process to correct your name/SSN in our system.
How do I change my tax information?
Log in to Able and go to the “Update My Information” in the Volt Resources section. Click here for detailed steps in making changes including tax information.

Select “Register Now.” Log in to view your salary and employment verification. You can also contact TheWorkNumber at 1-800-996-7566. Be sure to have Volt’s Employer Code (EIN) and your social security number (SSN) ready.
